The most delicious food and service. Try their house salad dressing and buy a bottle to take home. It's a delightful eating experience.

Amazing food, and exceptional service (thanks Frank, you were so nice!). Highly recommend. Not only was the food superbly cooked, it was delicious and at a great price! The seared flounder with mango chutney was THE BEST! The French fries had a yummy crunchy coating, mashed potatoes were perfect too.

Love the ambience of this little gem of a restaurant. The service is always good. The food is always great if you need something special or a little change around, they're so accommodating we tried to go twice a month.

Monday night dinner at Gypsy Cab. Frank took excellent care of the four of us. Started with some drinks and shared the Conch Fritters (very good). Grouper was the fresh fish - son and daughter both had that blackened and loved it. Wife had Gypsy chicken and I had Chicken Piccata both very good. Good food great service it's a 5.

Had a family gathering of 7 here for dinner and was well taken care of throughout our dinner by our server Alanna. Place had that comfortable Florida vibe and easy to carry on a conversation with everyone. Appetizers and salads were plentiful and delicious. And main meals were served efficiently and were devoured by everyone at our table. The seafood of the day and the fish special were especially delicious for my wife and I. We finished off with key lime pie and it was among the best I have ever had. Overall The Gypsy Cab Company is a great local place to go where you are met by friendly staff and can get some great food at a reasonable price

I came here for Christmas Eve around 2:00 and they were serving the dinner menu and the December specials. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, although it was not busy at the time. Our server was kind and explained all of the specials to us. The Christmas Sangria immediately caught my eye, as well as the other 3 people at the table. It was delicious! Sweet, but not too sweet and very festive! I ordered the blackened shrimp nachos (normally an appetizer, and can also be made with chicken). They were just the right amount of spicy! The decor is eclectic and the restaurant is spacious. I would definitely return!

The type of restaurant that everyone eventually searches for, whether you're a tourist or a local. The "hole in the wall" type vibe where the food is consistently great, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The bar area is cab themed, which is pretty cool, and the walls are filled with local art (which might be for sale, not sure). This time we went for lunch, which was a first but definitely not a last. After scouring the menu, it differs from the dinner menu and they have rotating specials, I actually pulled up Yelp and saw someone else's food that looked great. I asked the waitress what it was and if it was still on the menu. They've always been super accommodating and flexible with their food in the sense that they can switch up ingredients - you just have to ask. In this situation, I switched Italian sausage for shrimp. It's the type of restaurant where you can order off menu and, depending on the availability of ingredients, they can make it for you. Case in point, I dined last time and wanted some type of seafood pasta dish that I had years prior but was no longer on the menu. They were like, let me check on that and see if we can make it. You won't leave disappointed regardless of what you get though. The portions were decently sized so no room for dessert. Next time I'll try the key lime pie

The food was on point! The service was friendly and my friends loved their choices too. I got the escargot over angel hair pasta with garlic bread. I was sopping up the juice with my bread...it was that good! I was surprised at the amount of escargot and took my left overs home..it tasted just as good heated up the next day! It does have a bit of garlic and I love garlic so I was a happy camper. Great idea as a before concert stop near the amphitheater too as it's right around the corner.
